Klenova Castle and Manor house

Klenová Castle and Chateau, along with the nearby Manor House, is situated on the hill of the same name, to the west of the town of Klatovy in the Pilsen Region. The castle has a rich history, dating back to 1287 when it was built to guard the trade route from Železná Ruda to Bavaria. The castle was home to the Lords of Klenová, who played a significant role in the region's history. The palace was constructed in the 14th and 15th centuries, but it has been in a dilapidated state since the 17th century.
